Returns:
If an item does not meet with your 100% satisfaction for any reason, you are welcome to return it, after informing the Bathroom Lighting Centre that this is your intention (essential for obtaining a refund).
Unlike many other shops with Bathroom Lighting Centre there are no cheeky re-stocking fees!
You must notify us in writing of your wish to return your purchase within 7 days of receiving it.
Deliveries:
Free delivery for orders over £75.00 (within mainland UK). Delivery charge £8.50 for all mainland UK deliveries under £75.00.
Deliveries will be carried out using national couriers, either TNT or UPS. Delivery times are weekdays between 0900 and 1800.
Saturday delivery is available but is subject to a surcharge of £25.00.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time and day stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late or non delivery on the stated day.
Shipping is considered to be satisfactorily accomplished when the product is signed for at the required delivery address. In the event of a delivery failure due to absence of the purchaser, a notification will be made, to arrange for re-delivery or collection by the purchaser, according to the circumstances.We will attmepr delivery 3 times.

Our given lead times are as accurate as possible at the time of ordering. If there are any major delays you will always be informed. If the lights are not in stock (due to the sheer number of colours and models we feature on the site), please allow 7-10 working days for delivery -- and any customers with a delayed order will be notified of the potential delay whilst we source your light from the manufacturer.
It is essential that the delivery address is clearly and correctly given. Delivery to an incorrect address given by the customer, will discharge any and every responsibility of the Bathroom Lighting Centre.
Breakages:
When goods are delivered, they must be examined immediately for breakages; and any signs of damage to the packaging. If this is not possible, the goods must be signed for as "Unexamined". In this event the goods must be examined within 7 days, and any damage reported in writing to the Bathroom Lighting Centre. Bathroom Lighting Centre will gladly replace any breakages that incur during shipping.
Shipping Surcharges to the Nothern Ireland,and islands:
Delivery charges may increase for items being sent outside of mainland Britian (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands etc).
