For items that are in stock (95 % of products), the approximate delivery timeframes are as outlined below. Should an item be unavailable we will contact you with further delivery information.
If an order is urgent please make a note to this effect in the order comments and we will endeavor to dispatch the order as quickly as possible.
Astro Lighting Products
Same day dispatch for orders placed by 10.30 am on a working day (delivery next working day with Fedex).
Dar Lighting Products
Same day dispatch for orders placed by 10.30 am on a working (delivery next working day with ParcelForce).
3 to 6 working days.
Elstead Lighting Products
2 to 3 working days (delivery with TNT).
Endon / Saxby Lighting Products
Same day dispatch for orders placed by 10.30 am on a working day (delivery next working day with Interlink Express).
Nordlux / Uber Lamp
2 to 3 working days (delivery with Parcelforce or DPD).
7-9 Days for delivery
3 to 4 weeks (potentially longer around time of Italian summer closed period).
It is not always possible to arrange an exact delivery time or date (but we will try our best). We will send you an email when your consignment has been dispatched. An expected delivery date will be provided and, whenever possible, this will be accompanied with consignment tracking information. In the event that you miss the delivery, the courier will leave a card in order that a second delivery attempt can be carried out (by arrangement via the courier website or a call to the courier depot).
For an order value of less than £50.00 there will be a delivery charge of £5.95 (mainland UK deliveries). For destinations outside of mainland UK please contact us by email or by telephone to discuss any additional delivery charge.
Deliveries will be carried out using a range of reliable national couriers and delivery times are weekdays between 0900 and 1800.
Saturday delivery may be possible but this is subject to a surcharge of £25.00.
Delivery surcharges may apply to UK non-mainland destinations (e.g. to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands and Channels Islands etc).
Any delivery surcharge (for non-mainland UK destinations or for timed delivery slots) is non-refundable in the event of goods being cancelled after receipt of the consignment.
We will make every effort to deliver within the timeframe advised but we will not be liable for any financial loss caused to you by late or non-delivery on the stated day.
Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods (alternative “safe place” arrangements can be made in certain cases).
Our given lead times are as accurate as possible at the time of ordering. If there are any significant delays you will always be informed. Any customers with a delayed order will be notified of the potential delay whilst we source your light from the manufacturer.
It is essential that the delivery address is clear and correct. Delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer, will discharge any and every responsibility of the Bathroom Lighting Centre.
When goods are delivered, they must be examined immediately for breakages. Any damage must be reported (by post, email, telephone) to the Bathroom Lighting Centre within 5 days of receipt.
In some instances it may be quicker / more convenient to re-supply a damaged part (e.g. shade) than collect and re-supply the entire fitting.
Please do not hesitate to contact us with a further queries or concerns. We will endeavor to provide you with as much information as possible in order to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
If an item does not meet with your 100% satisfaction for any reason, you are welcome to return it, after informing the Bathroom Lighting Centre that this is your intention (essential for obtaining a refund).
Unlike many other shops with Bathroom Lighting Centre there are no cheeky re-stocking fees!
You must notify us in writing of your wish to return your purchase within 7 days of receiving it.
Please do not return goods to the address on any shipping note that accompanied the original order. Once you have informed us of the intent to return we will provide the appropriate return address.
We will issue a full refund once the items have been returned (complete with manufacturer box, instructions and any provided screws / fittings). A refund cannot be provided for goods that have been previously installed.
Please could you ensure that plenty of packaging is used for the return (plus an outer box to ensure that there are no breakages during transit). Any damage would be the liability of the customer returning said items.
